Terms of Service

The deal. SwearBy lets you share recommendations with small Circles of people you trust. Use it to share things you genuinely vouch for.

Your content. You own what you post. By posting, you let SwearBy display it to the people in the Circles you share it with. Don't post anything unlawful, abusive, or that isn't yours to share.

Fair use. Don't abuse the service — no scraping, spamming, or attempts to break or overload it. We may suspend accounts that do.

No warranty. SwearBy is provided as-is during this early phase. We do our best to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service.

Changes. These terms may evolve as the app grows. Material changes will update the date above.
